Okay, I was not prepared for how good these turned out. The colors looked amazing, like I may have gasped a little, and the pages felt really sturdy and solid. The print quality was seriously better than I expected, and now I’m weirdly excited about paper

I was really happy with how much you could customize it. It made the whole thing feel more special, and my kid was so excited when they saw it. Definitely a sweet little win for us!

I’ve been really happy with the stories so far. They feel just right for my kid’s age—not too simple, but not overwhelming either. It’s nice to see content that actually fits where they are, and it makes me feel confident they’re learning and enjoying themselves at the same time...

I’m not sure if I just got a bad one or what, but after about a week the pages started falling out. I hadn’t really done anything unusual with it, so that was disappointing.

I ended up returning something from storybug.com because it just wasn’t what I was looking for. The return process itself was straightforward, but when I reached out, I had to wait about a day to hear back and the reply felt a little like they were just trying to get me out of the queue rather than actually listen.

The refund showed up on my card a few days later, so in the end there wasn’t any major problem. I just wish the support side had felt a bit more personal. It was handled fine overall, but not quite a 5-star experience for me.

This was so creative, and my kid was into it right away. They kept going back to it and pointing things out like... yeah, it was a hit...

My order from Storybug showed up in really good shape. When I opened the box, my first reaction was that it seemed packed with care, everything looked neat, and nothing was bent, crushed, or damaged. I do feel like they could probably cut back a little on the plastic inside, but overall it arrived well and I was happy with it

I liked the idea at first and thought it was cute, but my gut feeling after a little while was that the stories just weren’t holding my attention. They started feeling repetitive and kind of boring faster than I expected.

I’ve been happy with Storybug so far. The stories are fun, simple, and easy for my child to follow, which makes our reading time feel really sweet. It actually reminded me of being little and getting excited when someone read to me before bed. We did have one small issue where a page wouldn’t load at first, but after refreshing it worked fine. Overall, I’d definitely use it again.
